Fox: 41% approve, 51% disapprove (conducted Sep 13 and 14)

And, from a poll taken after Bush's big speech:
35% say Bush has done a good or excellent job
41% say poor
He was doing better before the speech, but that might have a turnaround as the propaganda is cranked up.
