I am an engineer by training and work in the chemical industry. Should we have any accidents, we utilize a very effective tool to investigate the accident. It is a Root Cause Analysis. A methodical approach to investigating anything.

I have set up a web site and am looking for help. This is not something anybody can do alone. The blame for katrina's aftermath can NOT be put on any ONE place. The little work I have done so far shows that lots of things went wrong.

Once you review the guide you will know how to read the chart and please help me to spread the word. I would like people who were directly involved to give me feedback, provide evidence, kill rumors and help all of use get to the facts.

It seems that this web site (katrinacoverage) will be an excellent resource for me should I find myself doing it alone. I hope not. I need help. I have a dream that the root cause effort on my web site becomes so thorough and accurate that General Honore hears about it and gets inspired to send me a comment or evidence to help the investigation along.

    Thanks
